How long will it take to get Edits back?
Please allow one week from the date of your Photo Session for Edits to be returned to you.
How will I receive my Edits?
Edits will be sent via email. A link will be sent that will allow for downloads of the images. This will be a private link.
What Location can I choose? How far do you travel?
Please choose a location in the Richmond area. If your location is over an hour away from the Richmond area (via Google Maps), please contact us to get a quote for your Travel Expense Package.
Do you issue refunds? What happens if I cancel the session?
Please understand that we adhere to a strict no refund policy. Once your Photo Session has been booked and paid for, the payment is final.
How do I reschedule my Photo Session?
You can reschedule your Photo Session by clicking the link labeled “Change/Cancel Appointment” at the bottom of your confirmation email.
What happens if my Photo Session gets rained out?
If your Photo Session gets rained out, please reschedule the Photo Session for a later date and be sure to check the weather. There is no additional fee for rescheduling your Photo Session.
